In and around Hanstholm several Flak Stützpunkten where built by the Germans to project the important Verteidigungsbereich Hanstholm. With its massive positions for the 38cm guns, in combination with the battery Vara in Norway, they where assigned to protect the entrance to the Ostsee.
This location can be found at the Kystvejen along the road number 181 towards Klitmoller.
